Festive Tables

There is just something wonderful about a nicely dressed table to add more spice to a lovingly prepared meal for your family or to celebrate a special occasion.

Our farm table outside on our open veranda, we are still praying the plants up the posts!

The plain wooden side of a crate is implemented here to create a beautifully simple but stylish table, add a few wooden rings, a pretty candle, old 70's light fittings to hold tea candles, a few kelims and you have a simple but elegant table to serve your culinary delights on.

Rustic table made from scaffolding planks adorned with roses, candles and old crockery, white serviettes and old cutlery, makes this Sunday meal a special event.

Dainty pink Duet roses, a kelim and silver decorate this simple table setting at the farm.

Enjoy decorating your family table, make every meal a special event with a few well chosen items, always a candle or two, special wine glasses, nice cutlery and crockery makes even only bread and wine is a meal fit for a king. Make memories for your children to cherish, a simple something like always having meals at a properly set table is something they will always remember, it is family time!

Beautiful headboards from a builder's scrapyard...

These doors became this...

From old burglar bars we created this soft and romantic headboard, we added small metal roses to make it more feminine, and a lovely room came to life.

Never underestimate your local 2nd hand builder's junk shop...

Enjoy collecting and creating beautiful things from old articles, thus saving the planet and giving a new lease of life to something that can still be very useful.
